Among one of the most sought after english dub albums, Contempo is still somewhat of a mystery. Recorded between 1975–76, the album was freely distributed on the streets at Notting Hill Carnival in the summer of 1976.

Black Jade’s deep & sophisticated dub style was definitely ahead of its time.
